Mr. Asef is serving as a Director of Exotica Asset Holdings Ltd. Mr. Asef is a Business Technology Management graduate from Ryerson University, who has brought the smart and digital aspect of businesses in various businesses. He is currently the Managing Director of Moon Readywears Ltd, looking after existing & future operations of Setara Group. Mr. Asef is also a respective member of prestigious Dhaka Club Ltd, Gulshan Club and Banani Club.
MD. SHAFIQUL HAQUE
Mr. Shafiq has completed his graduation in 1987. He has been doing business in the construction sector since 1996. He is the key project operator in the field and manages sales and marketing of the company. He has versatile negotiation ability and been playing a significant role in furnishing joint venture agreements with landowners on behalf of Exotica Homes Ltd.Mr. Shafiq has commendable capacity in dispute mitigation and managing construction sites for smooth operations of the project.He is also conversant and socially engaged with various social activities.

Mr. Pasha has deep experience of managing complex international businesses across dynamic and changing markets. Anwar Kamal Pasha is the Chairman of Exotica Asset Holdings Ltd. A successful businessman, Mr. Anwar Kamal Pasha, running the business of Moon Ready wears Limited as the Director and also serving Setara Garments Ltd. and Sun Moon Apparels Ltd as Director. Mr. Pasha is the Chairman of Kamal Textile Mills Ltd. & Sark Knit Wear Ltd. and the Managing Director of Pasha Denims Ltd. Mr. Pasha also owns Setara Embroidery Services & Design Centre. He is also a member of the Governing Committee of Prime University. He is the Chairman of A & A International Overseas Limited and Recruiting Agent of Zirabo Overseas Limited. Mr. Pasha is the Chairman of S.K Valley Limited. He also has a beneficial interest in Daniel Shipping Lines and he is the owner of Lubna Properties Limited, UK. He is also a Director of Lubna Fashiontex UK Limited. He is currently the Chairman of the Executive Committee of CVC Finance Limited.
MD. RIAZUL HAQUE
Md. Riazul Haque is a post graduate from Department of Finance of Dhaka University. As Finance Director of this company, he is responsible for executing finance operations of this company. Mr. Riaz gained extensive experience in garment manufacturing and export related business operations as Operations Directors of Glare Fashions Ltd. Moreover, he is at present also serving as the Country Manager of Poke Jeans, a Polish Brand out sourcing garments from Bangladesh.
